UPKIND
Now inviting pilot schools. Autumn 2026

Get Backed. Give Back. Grow Forward.

A youth development platform for 8 to 21s that builds a live record of who you're becoming, through sport, study, kindness, volunteering and community contribution.

In development with schools, parents and young people across the UK.
The problem

So much growth goes unrecognised.

Schools measure exams well. But most of who a young person is becoming happens outside the classroom. The hours they volunteer, the kindness they show, the resilience they build in sport and community life. None of it shows up on a report card.

A positive platform for personal growth.

Upkind is a calm space led by students where small, real world acts add up to a profile of who a young person is becoming, not just what they scored.

Build achievement
Record activities, milestones and accomplishments beyond academic grades, verified by teachers, coaches and mentors.
Encourage contribution
Promote volunteering, kindness and community engagement with gentle weekly rhythms, not pressure.
Support development
Help young people recognise growth in confidence, responsibility and participation over time.
Build confidence
Create a stronger sense of purpose, identity and belonging, visible to the people who matter.
A shareable achievement profile
Every young person builds a digital profile with a unique QR code, securely shareable with colleges, universities and future employers to showcase activities, contribution and personal development beyond grades alone.

Why Upkind matters

When my daughter started helping our elderly neighbours, I watched her confidence, communication and sense of responsibility quietly grow.

None of it appeared on a report card. Upkind exists to make that growth visible.
